Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password — we never store your password in plain text. When you place an order, we collect the shipping address and items purchased so we can fulfill it. We do not collect or store your payment card details: checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor, and card information goes directly to them.

We use your information to create and maintain your account, process and ship orders, show you your order history, and communicate with you about your orders. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

This site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart between pages. It's required for the site to function and isn't used for tracking or advertising.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and sends Google details of your visit, such as the pages you view and your browser; see how Google uses this information. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.

We also count visits on our own server, without cookies, so we know which pages and pieces people look at. We keep the page you viewed, the site that linked you here, any campaign tags in the link, and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer. To count visitors, we keep a code made from your IP address and browser with a key that changes every day, so a visit can't be connected to you or to your visits on other days. We never store your IP address. We also count catalog searches and what's added to carts. These counts are deleted after about 13 months.

We share order and shipping details with the shipping carrier we use to fulfill your order, and payment details with Stripe to process your payment. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account is active, so you can review past orders. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time, either from our data deletion page or using the contact information below.
